All landlords registered with us throughout the UK are of good standing within the communities in which they provide accommodation, and come with excellent references and testimonials,
Student Lodgers Boarders All tenancy agreements are drawn up between Landlord and prospective Tenant and dealt with directly by the Landlord

All Landlords and Tenants are to pay the registration fee, prior to viewings

We do this by looking at your specified criteria i.e. geographical location and putting you in direct contact with private landlords that are registred with us
Student Lodgers Boarders We have new landlords coming on board with us on a daily basis, therefore we are able to provide a vast range of properties in regards to choice of price, design, geographical location, number and sizes of rooms, length of stay etc. All landlords registered with us, must be able to provide the propective tenant with the relevant certifcation:Energy performance certificates (EPC’s),Landlordlords electrical certificate (NICEIC), Houses of multiple occupation certificate (HMO),Landlords corgi/ gas safe register gas certificate, it is up to you the prospective tenant to also request and confirm this

Landlords: Our registration fee is £94.50 this fee will ensure indefinite membership with us, meaning we will continue to forward tenants to you as and when you require.On acceptance of each lodger/boarder a minimal fee of £63.00 will be charged and only payable on acceptance
